quick customer service. just a walk down to panorama restaurant, where you can have lunch. location was within 5 min walking distance to cosy beach.

We were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, who were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The hotel facilities, including a large swimming pool right next to the sea, were impressive and spotless. We loved the fact that we could easily access restaurants within the resort without having to leave the property. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide range of options to cater to different tastes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxurious amenities. The Spa & wellness centre provided top-notch treatments, leaving me feeling thoroughly pampered. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon, with comfortable sun loungers and beautiful garden area. The restaurant served delicious food, including Halal options, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.

My only issue was with the beach access, which could have been better maintained and suited for swimming. However, this was only a minor inconvenience compared to the overall luxurious experience.

The hotel is located in an area with easy access to the busy city areas and offers a pleasant and spacious environment for relaxation, with amazing views from the rooms, pool and restaurants. The suits are elegantly furnished with coffee pod machines and daily fruit and chocolate service. The housekeeping service is efficient and discreet.

The beach lacks a real beachfront, as it is full of plastic cans and other debris.

Good food and great pool

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve with my family. The food served was good, and my children enjoyed it a lot. The pool area was the best, overlooking the sea, and they had pool toys for kids. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach and some shops. I also liked how the staff was friendly and attentive.

It was small and not well-furnished. It was definitely not worth the price we paid.

Great amenities and location. Multiple pool areas and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Rooms were well-furnished and clean. Food was delicious and diverse. Plus, the beach was nearby and easy to access.

The area itself was quite crowded and unavoidable noise was a downside. Sun exposure is a personal preference, but rooms with little direct sunlight made for a bit of a darker stay. a good experience but some aspects of the area were less desirable.
